Dear Odyssey Parents,

I take great pride in providing open access for all parents and employees to share ideas that they believe could improve Odyssey’s performance. There is no such thing as a bad idea!

Odyssey has nearly 100 employees serving close to 500 families every day. That’s a lot of folks to manage, with a lot of human interaction, and it is a virtual certainty that we won’t be perfect all the time, every day.

So, in the event that you ever see, experience or even just hear about anything at Odyssey that gives you pause or concern, I implore you to reach out and let me know. Parents who keep me informed of such shortcomings become my absolute favorites because they’re the ones who enable Odyssey to keep performing at its peak potential.

I want Odyssey to be as great as it can be, and I want our entire parent population out there saying “they’re generally perfect, but when they’re not, I know that all I have to do is bring it to Bob’s attention and it gets addressed immediately.” That’s my dream!
