Toddler classroom

Odyssey’s curriculum continues to build from the Infant Program to the Toddler Program. Again, our approach is to provide an environment where our Toddlers can develop and learn through active, discovery-based, hands-on learning, allowing each child to develop at their own pace. Our curriculum is focused on language, cognitive, creative, physical and social development, and each of these areas can be witnessed in our Toddler Program.

Our Toddlers continue to learn primarily through active play, but our parents will begin to notice just a bit more structure too. You will see centers focused on both fine and gross motor skills as well as an extensive selection of books to prepare our students for early reading.

Odyssey guarantees an exceptional 6:1 child-to-teacher ratio throughout our Toddler Program and with five Toddler classrooms, our age groupings are very tight, often resulting in less than a 6-month age span from the oldest to the youngest child in each room. And, as with the infant classrooms, we employ full-time teachers who are permanently dedicated to each room so that you and your child will forge a bond with your teachers.
